Privacy Policy — NIKA Mail（制定 2026年10月1日 / Effective October 1, 2026）
1. 対象
NIKA Mail は開発者本人が自分のメールアカウントを利用するための個人用アプリです。第三者への配布・販売は行っていません。
NIKA Mail is a personal application used only by its developer with the developer's own email accounts. It is not distributed or sold to anyone else.
2. 取得する情報と使い道
- Gmail・iCloud・Yahoo!メールのメール本文・ヘッダー・添付ファイル・状態（既読・スター・返信済み）
- 各アカウントへの接続に必要な認証情報
これらはメールの表示・検索・送信と、状態の同期のためだけに使います。広告・分析・機械学習モデルの学習には使いません。
The app accesses email content, headers, attachments and message states (read, starred, answered) of the developer's own accounts, plus the credentials needed to connect to them. This data is used only to display, search and send email and to keep message states in sync. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or training machine-learning models.
3. 保存場所
メールデータは利用者本人のMac内にのみ保存します。認証情報は macOS のキーチェーンで暗号化して保存します。開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。
Email data is stored only on the user's own Mac. Credentials are encrypted with the macOS Keychain. No data is sent to or stored on any server operated by the developer.
4. 第三者提供
取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません（メール送受信のために各メール事業者のサーバーと通信することを除く）。
Data is never sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties, other than communicating with each email provider's servers to send and receive email.
5. Google ユーザーデータの取り扱い
Google API から取得した情報の利用と他アプリへの移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。
NIKA Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. 削除
アプリ内でアカウントを削除すると、そのアカウントのメールデータと認証情報は端末から削除されます。Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からいつでもアクセス権を取り消せます。
Removing an account in the app deletes its email data and credentials from the device. Access can be revoked at any time from "Third-party apps & services" in the Google Account settings.
